Ok, it cooled off enough today for me to install the ECU with the replaced caps.

Still flooding out, and IS repeat IS getting spark, because there are carbon tracks on the whites of the plugs going to the prongs.

The car did start the first try several times after I hooked everything back up the first time. It has not started since.

As the engine/components sit right now.

New coil
New plugs
New wires
Stock fuel pump
Stock Fuel injectors blue tops (450 cc correct?)
AFPR That is currently at 33 PSi. Earlier it was at 36/37 and doing the same thing. It actually came closest to starting when it was a little over 40.
The turbo has been taken out of the loop, I used IC pipes to connect maf straight to the TB.
Did boost leak, no leaks.
Good starter
Good battery
Turns over smoothly, and acts like it wants to start sometimes
I have a starter engauge bypass installed and usiung that to crank. It WILL NOT crank with the key ignition. It stopped doing that last week. Reason unknown.
The fuel pump is working, both by reading fuel pressure and hearing the whine, and the flow through the fuel filter in the engine compartment
The exhaust manifold and DP are warming up after several starting tries, so that also tells me that some form of spark is happening.
The ECU caps have been replaced, one was just starting to leak.
The SAFC is hooked up and works, but I have everything -0-'d out right now.
I do have the data logger cable, but I am waiting to get the charger and Sync cable. Better be here Thursday.
Today, I noticed a wire was broken from the single spade sensor on the thermostat housing. I trimmed the wire, and installed a female connector and hooked it back up.
Compression test... 190 all 4
I know there are 2 oil pressure senders (had same part number). I had to remove one to install my oil temp sender. I spliced it into the other sender wire that was still hooked up.

Please... anything... should I try rebuilding the CAS or what?
This is becoming much more trouble then it is worth.

I don't know why you're insisting on not doing a compression test which I have suggested in one of your many other thread concerning the same issue. You have good spark and fuel, what else could it be?

Read 5 lines from the bottom...
190 all 4.

Trust me if I could figure that out I would fix and sell the car.

been reading through your posts, I am having the exact same problems after letting the car sit for alittle. I haven't checked through it as thoroughly as you have yet, but if you find out your problem be sure to let me know what the issue was.
On my car i pulled the plug for the resistor box on the injectors and have gotten the car to start on the fuel that's left in the cylinders. It starts up and dies after a second or two but at least i know i have enough spark and cranking rpm to start the car. I haven't checked FP yet, but in your case since you know you have decent FP and you are getting spark and your ecu is good then i'd say that the injectors are being given too large a PW command. have you checked the MAF? when you get your data logger maybe you can read what air flow # the maf is putting out. If you're able to read rpm the CAS is outputting something, only issue would be maybe setting timing. but anyhow if you figure it out please let me know. good luck.
