i need some rebuild shop in LA area, so i can drive my car there..

dont know any shop in LA but you can try looking into the yellow pages. you can also take it to a mechanic and they can send it in and everything to get it rebuild. cost depends if you are going for OEM spec or better pistons and rods and such.
