Pushed coolant tonight

Hey guys was on my way to a friends highway drive about 30 mins all highway... cruising around 80 with slight bursts of acceleration to about 90 95mph tops, I get there leave the car for 5 minutes, come back outside and there is a lot of coolant running down his driveway, it all starts from the overflow/lower rad hose area.
I fill it back up, I drive it later that night no hard driving at all, and it doesnt leak one drop all night. I get back home, I decide for lack of better judgement Im gonna go drive it hard to see what happens... anyways drive the crap out of it for 10-15 mins well spirited not abused, and its fine no leaking or anything.
Anything besides Headgasket to be worried about? I'm gonna do a compression test tomorrow and see if the numbers are different then last months 155psi test.

ps. Should have mentioned earlier, the car DID NOT overheat for 1 second it ran perfectly operational, no power loss or anything at all.
Also the engine oil still looks like brand new engine oil from the change 2 weeks ago, no mixing.

It might just be a simple overheat from a crappy radiator, maybe a good flush if you dont find anything else wrong.

Did a compression test, numbers are still 155psi straight across.

Pushing coolant without over heating usually means head gasket or bad rad cap....check there first.

Look for cracks in the radiator tanks, both top and bottom.
Do a pressure test on the cooling system, and test the coolant for hydrocarbons using either a sniffer or test strips.
A bad head gasket won't necessarily yield a change in the compression readings.

I will get the system pressure tested, unfortunately I am going away for about 10 days tomorrow so the car will sit til I get back....
I'm hoping its the rad cap, I wanna mod not repair...
