Ok well i noticed that i have two minor leaks in my catback. On of the leaks is between the cat and the downpipe. I bought a megan racing downpipe off ebay and it fit almost perfectly except the flange was welded slightly crooked at and when bolted to the catback it leaks. I also noticed that one of the welds broke on my resonator and i have a pencil sized hole where it meets the pipe. I think i can fix the small hole near my resonator with jb-weld but how can i fix the one on the gasket? My only guess would to either use jb-weld or use hi-temp silicone sealant, but would the silicone work or just blow out?

I'd just take it to an exhaust shop (Midas/Meineke) and have then re-weld it. Those guys are pretty cheep and have all the parts/tools needed to fix it.

FYI.. local Midas charged me $25 for welding up my old FMIC pipes.

do not use any sort of high temp silcone, it will not work. best thing to do is go to an exhaust shop to get it fix becuase the silcone will blow off in a week or so.
