http://www.dsmparts.com/customer/product.php?productid=262&cat=22 says My front and rear mounts need to be in tact and not torn, and as far as I know, all 4 of my mounts are torn or have holes in them.

How exactly do I install the prothane mounts in my 95?
My friend told me that I can just replace the torn rubber centers with these prothane mount inserts and not have to worry about buying anything else (instead of just buying whole new motor mounts anywhere from 15-30$ each)

Are there any walkthrus online about this? I cant find any other than http://www.turbomirage.com/mountinserts.htm and that doesn't tell me what I want to know.

just go ahead and replace them all. the mounts will put more power to the ground, and stiffen the engine up for performance but you loose comfort (car shkes more and is a little anoying) they arent that hard i did mine and on a 4g63 in a 1.8 shell it took a little like 4-6 hours but medding aroun taking a 20 min break on each mount or so.

Sorry guess I shoulda specified what I was confused about. I dont have to worry about if all 4 of them are torn? So I'm not reusing ANY of that middle part AT ALL, correct?
