TB spiral springs (quick question)

Yes, the round springs that give tension to open throttle plate by pulling on throttle cable.

Theres 2 springs; 1 big (large diameter) and 1 small one (small diameter).
I twisted the small one around 3 times and the big one twice and i think im gettin TOO MUCH tension! I probly only put down the gas pedal around 1/4 if that of the way down when driving on fwy and city which makes it tedious to start off in 1st (too much tention so prone to revving to 3k easily instead of at around 1500).


So did i do it right? 3 turns for the small spring and 2 for the big one? Should i take 1 turn out of the small or big one? Im guessing small one.
 
I would say remove them and turn the big one 1 less then the small.
And if 2/3 is too much... do 1 big, 2 small. still too much, do 1 / 1.
That is onew of those things that the drive can finesse to their own personal feel.
