anyone removed 3 hex plugs in top of cylinder head.

Has anyone removed these 3 hex plugs in the top of the cylinder head. I would think the best way to go about removing them would be with a hex socket and an impact driver. I cant find the right hex socket for it. Is the plug an 11mm, if so what hex socket do you use, i cant find an 11mm hex socket.

Why would you remove them? The machine shop might, depending on their particular processes of cleaning out a head. They'd also seal them back up on re-installation.
