Problem with 6-bolt, misfire on all cilinders, TPS

Well a buddy of mine put a scanner on my car and it came up that it has random misfire on all cilinders and some problem with the TPS, what should i look into or do?

Sometimes the car just shuts of two cilinders while running or doesn't boost correctly.
