My car burns oil pretty bad when it idles for more then a couple of minutes. You can smell it and see it. But if this happens and then i start to drive it a big puff of smoke will go out and it will stop burning oil as long as the rpms are up. I think it has to do with the oil pressure dropping rather then it idling. because if it idles and burns oil alittle then i give it gas and the oil pressure goes up to about the white line it starts to stop burning oil. If any one could know what this is or cause this and let me know i would greatly appreciate it.
thanks
