Gotta problemo

Hello... gotta problem here with my 90 laser turbo.. i just got done with a rebuild, and everything seemed ok.. been driving it for two days, moderate acceleration, boost and speeds.. anyway.. have had no problems exept low oil pressure.. at least lower than im used to.. well, we stopped to eat, got done, started her up, and took off. Ever since that, the car runs like poo... is shudders uner a light load, or coasting, and will not boost! No power.. still runs, but not smoothly at all.. idle is very choppy and it sounds like the entire valvetrain is clattering.. but everything is tight and seated.. think it could be timing? it ran fine for two days now all of a sudden, timing jomped or something? Im having a hard time keeping the right amount of tension on the belt.

Sounds like you didnt use a new tensioner and or the belt was not tensioned properly and it jumped a few teeth. Thats the first place id look. Good luck

well although you said everythings secure, check your transistor pack and make sure its pushed in the whole way. Sounds like the symptoms i have everyday.
