420A Idle Air Control?

My car runs just fine but when I put the clutch in the cars rpms drop down and the car dies. If I start it the car starts up normal and then drops down and dies. I can give it gas and it runs fine so I figured that rules out the fuel pump. I am think something in likes of the Idle Air Control Valve.

Where could I find this on my car? 1996 Eclipse 420a Anyway to test it? Thanks!!

yay I have a 92 talon n/t and it does the exact same thing. Sometimes when i am just driving it will die and then just start back up again.

My eclipse was doing the same thing.The iac is locsted under the tp sensor on the back of the throtle body. I took it out and cleaned it with carb cleaner, it had crazy gunk on it. It seemed to fix the problem for me.
