car missing( bad idle after 5mins.)

car was bought four months ago,just got it back from haveing the tranny rebuilt.now i have to diagnose an electrical problem .the mechanic who put the tranny in says it a bad ground somewhere. heres the problem car will run fine when first started after about five minuets it will start missing real bad .bost gauge will go from -7 to 0 with out toching the gas and it smells like its burning rich .car will not stall but almost indriveable.the check engine light did come on once but as soon as i turned the car off and it went out and has not came back on yet. any sugestions ,i know it is hard to try to diagnose with out datta logger,i have just bought one off ebay and should be here soon thanks for the help.

Sounds to me like you have a vacuum leaks since you're reading so low when you first start the car. The fact that your vacuum goes down to zero when you start having idle problems leads me to think that this is where your problem is. If it's not a vacuum leak, then it may be your ISC. Have a look at this link and see if it helps.

just used a multi meter and checked the codes on my car,this is what i got.codes13,14,21,25

13 intake air tempeture sensor
14 throttle position sensor
21 engine colant sensor
25 barometeric postion sensor

its hard for me to belive all of these went bad at the same time .but now im checking them one at a time.just took throttle boddy off and set the tps.I will check for vacum leak next.

I know it stinks, but at least you've isolated everything. Let us know how the repairs turn out.

alright i put the new engine colant senosor in and set the tps.anyone know about the other two errors im getting.codes 13 ,and 25.car runs great now when first cranked but about 20 mins of driving it goes to missing still.plan on changing plugs tomorow.any suggestions on the codes would be great .oh and one more thing in first gear at about 5500 rpms the car cuts out is this fuel cut.i have done all the free mods too.thanks for the help.
