How can I tell it's a real Apexi N1?

Hello, I have bought a used GSX, the guy I bought it from told me that he had but an Apexi N1 exhaust on the car. However, how can I figure out if it's a real Apexi N1 and not some knock off Apexi N1 "STYLE" muffler?

I have already looked underneath the muffler and it looks like there is a small plaque with the Apexi name and emblem embossed on it. Would the N1 "style" muffler you find on ebay have this emblem as well? Also, the piping seems to be 3" and looks to be bolted on and not welded? Can I also take this as a sign that it is a real Apexi N1?

Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

If I'm not mistaken, the tip will actually say Apexi on the passenger side of the exhaust tip.

the N1s that I have seen have either an imprint or a little badge-like thingey that say Apexi

the bottom tip of the muffler say apexi that is badge on and on the piping it should say it also somewhere
