Fan do not come on at all....?

Alright i searched wiring for the 2g and have found nothing of the sort. So here is the deal, my cooling fans do not come on at all when driving or using the aftermarket switch that a guy installed before i bought the car , i recently installed a turbo timer about a month ago and had no problem with the ignition switch causing the fans not work, but now i think that might be the problem considering there looks like nothing is wrong with the wires running to the fan and back to my switch, etc.....just wondering what it might be, any suggestions would be great...need ASAP!!!

first thing i would check would be the relay[on 1g its under hood]you can do a quick check by grounding it then if they come on replace it,arem you sure there not comming on?they usually dont come on until around 220 degrees give or take a few.but that would be the first step,good luck

Yes im sure they do not come on i have separate switch for them that does not work also, i know they are not working because ill sit and idle for a few minutes and the temp will almost hit H and the fans have still not come on.....

i would try to run a positive and negative to the fans just to make sure they diddnt mess up somehow,and if they did then you might want to check the whole system to see why so it dont do it again.if they do work i would say check wiring or computer,the computer supplys the ground,so those would be my next steps,hopefully its just a broke wire or something.

found the problem splice in one of the wires replaced it with a better gauge size
