My turbo went out in my car and before I was gonna upgrade I decided that I would do a compression test. THe results aren;t good

cylinder 1 cylinder 2 cylinder 3 cylinder 4
140 60 170 40

What does this mean head gasket rings idk what could it be

First do a wet test so you can determine if it's the rings. After that only a leak down can tell for sure if it's HG or valves. Good luck.

yea I mean I had a shop do the compression check and Now I'm starting to think they didn't do it right

cause I think my car would run like total shit with compression numbers like that
it runs the same as it always has

so I'm gonna do another one tommorow my self to see if they even did it right

cause I don't think its possible to get 170 in a cylinder all of the number all all like totally different and I've been lookin at posts and I never seen anything like what I'm havin now

Yep, I gave up taking my car to shops long ago, they would never treat your car like you would. Take the money you'd have paid them and start buying tools, before you know it, you've become a semi mechanic. Just make sure you reaserch, read, ask questions before you start something new. This is a big part of being a DSMer.
