I need your input

Hey all I currently have all these mods under my profile - I haven't installed the electronics yet but I am getting driveability problems I was wondering if you guys could help me out a little bit. First off when I am accelerating past a certain point the rpm needle moves down - like i'm losing rpms and then i feel this vibration all throughout the middle of the vehicle.... 2nd when I am slowly accelrating my car feels like its bouncing??? or shaking... the balance is good per the shop and it does this also when I am braking or just idling to a stop... /sigh... I'm not quite sure what the problem is because all the shops are saying there is nothing wrong with it please help me out. Thanks!

Oh yes! and in addition... I have my type-s turned two full revolutions to soft setting and everytime I let off the gas at some points the car feels like it is going to shutdown but at some points the release is just fine... sorry if the questions are silly its just im not that mechanically inclined yet... Thanks again!
