I just recently purchased a '90 eagle talon from someone. Everything on the car is great except for the tranny.

What could be causing this and what should I do in a cheap fix?

You have to cut the car off to be able to change between gears, and when you press the clutch down its starts to tighten up at the bottom instead when staring to press the clutch in. The guy said he put a fidanza light wieht flywheel in it and a ACT 2600 clutch kit in it. he put new slave and master cynlinders on it ss clutch cable and it was working for a few weeks and than started to act up.

My theory, it feels as the clutch is not engauging all the way and needs to be adjusted but I am not for sure b/c I am new to the talon world.

Please can someone help.
