anywhere know where the idle control valve is located and where i could get a new one from?

One the 1g, it's right below where the intake hooks up to the manifold. You'll have to take the battery out but other than that it's a pretty easy job. I got one at the dealership for $255 or you can have your local Autozone order one for $225.

OMG, 225$?!!? It is located on the throttle body at the bottom. It has a harness going to it and being held in by 2 10mm bolts. There is also an o-ring inside of it, so don't lose that. Goto the junkyard and find one for 10$. I have been through 2 of them already. Or you can goto crebotech.com and buy a refurbished one for like 80$.

Also, it is called an ISC motor. Idle speed controller.

ya thats what its called. well heres another question... I just got a 1G throttle body for my car, will that fix the problem if I just put the 1G on?

Umm, as long as the 1g throttle body has a working ISC. Be sure to do the install correctly. Follow the RRE install guide.
