Head gasket, think I got it all?

I see some different views on this, and just curious to see if I am on the right track.
So far I have collected the Upper gasket kit from Fel-pro, Valve seals, Timing belt, Water pump. I am having the head shaved and gettin a valve job done.
Should I replace the tensioners? I am kinda runnin low on cash, so please lemme know!

I also wanna clean up the intake manifold, there anything I could use to do that while its off the car?

well this is how i cleaned mine....dumped it in some orange cleaner(machine shop stuff) and then used the steamer to clean it off (used at the machine shop) and then i used aluminum engine paint color to make it real nice and shining...it looks pretty good..
