Car won't start...

I went to drive my car to school this morning, it wouldn't start. All I heard was this chugging noise coming from the ABS area. None of the lights turn on.

Is it a dead battery?

Sounds like somethings not working.

Sorry about that, does it crank over at all? Have you tried to jump start it? Check the alt fuse or mpi fuse by the battery.

It doesnt crank. Nothing happens at all, actually. I DID hear a buzzing noise when I tried to turn it on, but it stopped. My ABS motor was making some kind of chugging noise, but that stopped.

I didn't try jump starting yet....

I tried to start it with jumper cables, no luck. Same exact results. I guess the battery is THAT dead? I think I lost my wallet too.... THIS SUCKS!

Is it possible that the ABS noise was a sign of a power draw?

starter maybe? did you try push starting it?

I just tried to turn it on and the lights came on, it beeped.

I tried to turn on the headlights, the beeping's pitch slowly went down, as if it was dying.

I had someone else come and try to jump start it. He revved the engine for five minutes while the cables were connected. No luck. My lights did come on a little brighter, but the car still wouldn't crank.

Also... when I tried to turn the car on, sparks came from where the cables connected to the battery.

It works! my dad jump started it this morning, and somehow he got it working. He said the terminals were corroded.
