A/c ?

I went to turn on my a/c after not using it for about three months or so.. When I last used it it was fine. I recently replaced the radiator, and thermastat. I checked the r-134 and it registered full. I cant feel or hear the compressor coming on. I checked the little window to see if theres 134 moving and I cant see anything..
Does anyone know if there's anything else I can check. Oh and the interior a/c switch is working properly..
Could the condenser be bad? Please help

Take car into your local air-cond shop. They'll check it for free. It could just be low on fluid.
