Clutch?

Ok, other than my MAS problem, I also have another. When I shift into 2nd it makes grinding noise no matter how far down i press the clutch. this is only in 2nd gear. is it the clutch, transmission fluid, throwout bearing, pressure plate or transmission?

i believe all 1gen's grind going into 2nd..i just replaced my tranny oil with synchromesh and it still does it...less but still does it
