beeping noise

OK i have a weird beeping noise coming from the rear on the car .Comes and goes when i start it up and when i drive it around not loud but its there.Not coming from the speakers .Sounds like its coming from the intake fuel pump cause when i run the car hard the inline pump hummmms alot louder.Kinda scary sounds like its gonna blow.

Why ? i dont think so , Does that have anything to do with it ? could it be the pump about to fail ?
