ok first my reverse started grinding so i adjusted the clutch it was great it even helped the gears a lil bit i was so happy for about a week then reversece started acting up again so i adjusted it more and the master cylinder rod feel out of ware it is held so i put it back in. so then that night i was driving and it got worse and worse now the gears dont go in at all i changed the master slave and bleed it rite about 20 times.what the hell is wrong and also there is no presser in my clutch there is some but not alot and it doent diengange at all... please help me out

Sounds you still have air in the system. I just faught this on my toyota truck. Changed out the master, nothing. Bleed the clutch for about 3 hours and had a slight bit of pressure and nothing. I had to remove the lines and clean it out and then start over. Still not 100% perfect, but it atleast works. Im guessing you still have air in the system.

Might be the pedals, them ####ing things wear down or something. You could fix the pedals but thats alot of work there is a tech article on how to do it on this site. Or you could get an extended clutch rod. I had a bunch of problems with my clutch and i did everything you could ever think of besides step my flywheel. I ended up makeing my own extension rod because i didnt feel like paying 40 bucks for one. Made it adjustable just for the hell of it. But i bet the rod works.

Is there still fluid in the reservoir? What process did you use to bleed the system? If somebody presses on the clutch pedal, do you see the slave cylinder(and the end of the clutch fork)move??

i bled it with the whole hose thing and all i did it alot of times and yes i do see the fork move back and forth the peddle has no free play at all what eles could this be

Yes, you're from Woodbridge. I thought you fixed it since you did post back, sorry to hear you're still on this problem. There are couple more things you can try before you pull the trans.:

1. An extend slave push rod.
2. ss clutch line. the rubber one maybe old and expanding under pressure.
3. Adjust the master push rod back to the position when it was new, bleed it, then adjust the rod after bleeding.

Those might put you over the top as far as pressure needed. Good luck.
