Boost creep gayness..... can any1 help me???

Ok, so I got a damn boost creep problem that cant be isolated. I have already check the intercooler for boost leak, dropped most of the vaccum lines(egr bypass), and ran an o2 dump. I still have a horrible creep issue @ around 5k it starts. I am running a small 16g, 2.5" downpipe, test pipe, and 3" cat back.....anyone got some insight for me before I gouge out my eyes?

1. Port the turbine inlet so you can see the wastgate exit when looking straight down.

2. Port the area behind the wastgate arm to allow the door to open till paralell to the flow.

3. Gasket match the other side on the dump tube.

That solved my boost creep with a small 16g.
