Ladysmith,
My balance shaft belt broke and bent valves, so I rebuilt the head, assembled it, and she fired up first try, then 5 seconds of running time the T-belt start squealing like a raped ape. So I shut her off and the belt is walking it's way towards the engine, and rubbing on the block.
As far as I know the idler pulley (which I never removed) and tensioner pulley is assembled properly, as well as the auto tensioner, which I spec'ed the pin for the correct gap on re-installion.
Anyone have any ideas, I need help by tomorow.
Thanks
Wayne
