Cam pin broke and cam seized, how screwed is my head?

Lord please help me. I hate this car and I believe you do to.

Well i was having starting issues but now that is resolved, my cam pin broke and we quickly cut it off.
The valve cover was taken off and i found this watiting for me. apprently the cam holders were botled down too tight.

it has been brought to my attention that my head is now totally screwed and i need a new one. sigh

Looks like one for the wall of shame (should see mine.. pretty imressive after 14years )

I'd check the classifides on this site or DSMTrader as a used head w/cams can be had for <$300. Be looking at 2x that for a rebuild of yours.
