Power Loss

Ok heres whats up I've got a 95 GST no major mods practically stock except for Boost Controller, Underdrive pulley, and exhaust. For about 4 months now my car has lost a decent amount of power and i dont know why, i've done everything I can think of. I NEED HELP PLEASE. I cant even beat a stock CIVIC EX!!!
