90 Tsi Awd Wont Run Correctly After Driving

I have a 90 TSI AWD, I only have mild work done, big 16g, manual boost controller, free mods, 255 lph fuel pump. I was driving one day not spooling it really at all and the check engine light would come on and off. After about 20 min of driving around town i turned the car off and went inside. I came out 10 min later and the car would start, but idle at like 900 and if i hit the gas it would die. The engine sounded like it was missing and running on 2 cylinders. I let the car sit over night and started it in the morning and it ran fine. If anyone has any info please post it. Thanks

Sounds like your coil pack is on its last legs or a bad connection with it.
