My speedometer is dead in my 95 NT eclipse any ideas on what happened to this thing? And how to fix it? Any articles out there?

Thanks,
Doc

Check the speed sensor, check the cable too, detach it from the trans., and move the internal wire from the cable, if it moves the speed gauge a little bit its working properly and the speed sensor its bad.

Are there any pics for this? Cause i have the same problem. My RPM still reads but speed doesnt

Look straight down behind the intake manifold you will see it inside the motor mount there. Sits right in the middle of the motor mount sticks straight up about 6 inches should be a plug that goes right into it.

Yea, it should be right on the tranny in that spot or close to it. pull the sensor out, and check to see what the gear looks likte. I'd first try unplugging/replugging and cleaning the electrical connector 1st
