Cylinder #4 Misfire - Need Opinion

Yesterday while driving home my check engine light came on so i took the car to Autozone to have the code read. It showed up as a misfire on cylinder #4. I looked at the plug wires and they seem ok but i was wondering if it would be a good idea to go ahead and get new wires and plugs. If I do, should this fix the misfire or is there something else i should check first?
