boost and oil ? help please

ok i just got another talon 2day it runs like a non turbo. the oil gauge is on the low mark i add oil to it and its still on low. it also dont boost past 3 psi it will only stay at 3psi for a sec and thats at like 4or5000 rpms and then the more i gas i give the bost just goes back down to the 0 then .when i come to a stop it will be at -7 vacuom and 900 rpms or 800 and kinda wants to stall but not bad

any help would be great

this is an 89 fwd tsi with a 5spd and 130k on it no mods done all stock

If you mean the oil guage in the car thats oil pressure. If you have bben going by that to add oil STOP. look at the dip stick and see, I would drain it and put in 4.5-5 quarts of what ever oil is in it. As for the turbo does it look like theres oil around the turbo anywhere if the seals blew it could use lots of oil, does it smoke at all. does the turbo wine louder than most?? We need a little more info before we can help out more.

I now see the vac at neg7 it should be neg18-20 check for boost leaks, and vac leaks, more likly a vac leak, maybe even the intake

it was low on oil and i am going to change all fluids 2marrwo whats the best trany fluid to get and best oil to put in it


ok back to the prob it dosnt whine or anything like that it dosnt make any nuise other then the exust i tryed to list for leaks but couldnt hear anything i will make a boost leak tester 2marow and cheak but what all could it be so i can cheak everything at one time thanks

moble one full syn., amsoil,anything syn.
redline or gnsyncroshift (sp), some others I can think of
