Put on stock parts..Now makles wierd noise & doesnt build boost and wants to die....

I have a 99 gst, i had a dejon tool L pipe and S pipe with a greddy type s and a bomz intake pipe. A Joe P MBC and a street imports front mount. Everything ran fine im just puttin stock parts on to sell it.
I have all stock parts back on.
I start it up and it almost dies and wont build boost. The gas in the car is about a month old and hasnt been ran in about a month. I understand that could make it run shitty, but i dont think it would affect the building of boost.
After i let it run for about 5 minutes i tried to give it a little rev and some smoke came out the exhaust...looked black with some grey. I dont know what i could have done to make it run so shitty after it ran perfect before the stock parts were put on so i dont think its anything major.
Mas Plugged in...
All boost lines checked...
Intercooler pipes checked..
Any ideas?

leak test it first. there could be a leak that you can't see.

i no you said you checked your intercooler pipes but id double check all fittings. sounds like a boost leak somewhere, which makes sence with the black smoke (running rich) and the poor performance. also, you made sure to re-hook up the stock boost solinoid right?

I just leak tested it, nothing leaking......
Yea rehooked the bcs up .
Its got he symptoms of a boost leak, but i just did the tester thing on vfaq and it didnt reveal anything...
Im stumped...do you think the odl gas in it could have enough of an effect to make it run so crappy...

probably not, especialy if it was only a month old. worst comes to worse id just un-install it all and start over fresh..........

Another thing i just noticed was that the stock boost gauge doesnt work? well it stays at the very bottom and doesnt move. It worked before i swapped all this out....
What makes thats top working?
Is it mechanical or electrical?

doesnt the stock boost gauge read right byt he throttle body? Could it be the throttle body gasket? When i did the leak test i didnt hear or feel anything anywhere including there. But i dunno there is constructuon across the street and its hard to hear...?

yea the battery was unplugged the whole month and thne reset again after i let it run some...

What could be leaking air by the throttle body BESIDES the gasket from IM to TB and TB to elbow? What other seals are there that could leak enough to make my car act like this....
When i try to rev it it stutters bad to 2500 then bam lets loose and revs fast almost like normal all the way up and lots of smoke comes out.
Sounds like boost leak right?

You would have heard that with the pressure tester if that is what was leaking..

Well i only have a bike pump and it doesnt build much pressure cause its 20 years old and shitty. But i did start to hear it i thought. Then i pumped a lot and jumped on the motor and put my ear next to the throttle body and i heard it. then i pumped a lot more and jumped back on there and moved the throttle and i heard it change pitch and stop and started again depending on where i moved it. Thats what lead me to believe thats what it was. I couldnt hear it before, but i can now. Thats all i hear.

ok, i did a good boost leak wiht a good air tank.
fixed throttle body shaft seals.
fixed throttle body gaskets
fixed intercooler to L pipe leak.
no leaks all the way to about 25 or so psi
Still DOES IT!!!!!!!!!!!
i am giving up and taking a small personaly loan to get my car completely fixed and sell it, anyone know a good shop that can do all the work and not rip me off?
any dsm only shops around north florida?
