Boost Leak or Lean Fuel???

Hi, in the past year I had a intercooler leak and it was due to corrosion and rust. By then i decided to go with a fmic. After the fmic was installed my car regained some of its power but it didn't spool up as fast as it did with the stock intercooler. All i hear is engine noise and the turbo spooling up but I wasn't going any faster. In the morning when i start the car and let it idle for a bit and take off, that is the only time when the car is fast but after it's all warmed up its slow as hell.

Mods:
Boost gauge(It reads 11psi at wot if thats any help)
air fuel gauge
precison fmic
turbo smart dual port bov

Any help would greatly be appreciated, thank you...

Hey fellow canadian guy..I live in Regina...
So you have a good fmic on there so why such low boost.11psi?
Should be runnning 16 or more ..stock turbo..stock injectors?

It should run like a bear with that intercooler.Guess maybe possible problems.A random problem is harder to figure out.It sure as heck can't be knocking if you have big fmic on there.I would still change out basic stuff..fuel filter,plugs ,wires if you haven't .
On my car I had problems and changed out even more stuff and not 100% sure it was any of what I changed but car had 130,000 miles so changed it mostly as preventive maintenance.I chaned out coipack,power transistor,and installed new fuel pump,650s and afpr.I have new catback and downpipe no cat as clogged cats can sometimes cause weird running and power loss.Also might be ecu problems ,think they can run bad when those caps start leaking.Mine still gets lots of phantom knock..maybe you have it to..some get rid of it from new knock sensor,some from new lifters,some from eprom ecu and chip programming or engine management system like aem ems.I haven't installed my new eprom ecu and chip its supposedly in the mail and also haven't installed my new knock sensor or lifters.
My car can be a real pouch when it gets the phantom knock.Also I seem to get heatsoak and big knock fast of course with the stock intercooler looking to fix that problem shortly.

Hope you figure out your car..how do you like that blow off valve..? And how bad was that intercooler install..did you have to cut bumper up much?
