boost leak at throttle body

I pumped smoke into my intake system the pressurised it with air and i can hear my throttle body leak near 4 psi. Smoke also comes out arount the throttle return springs. If i wiggle then hold the plate the hissing noise gets quieter but newer really goes a way. What seals this i have not had the tb off the car yet. I searched the posts but i did not come up with any thing specific. Any help is appreciated. :thumbdown

Thanks very much for the help. I was hoping it was something easy like this. Labor is cheap some parts are not.

At work we have a smoke machine to find leaks in evap or intake system or pretty much any thing. It has a small tube with a fitting that is plugged into a vacuum line then smoke is pumped in. it will leak out where there is a hole no natter how small.
here is the unit
