Knock sensor ?

Ok when my car is warm and I punch on it, it makes this ticking noise, to be honest it sounds like ciacida's(sp?), those loud ass bugs, but when its warm it doesn't make any noise, and my car ticks VERY loud when its cold, and the oil level will be perfect, but once it warms up its sounds good.

What does this have to due with a knock sensor?



Check for exhaust leaks.
