stock infinity headunit question?

my battery died a few days ago cause i left my lights on.. yes duh.. thats besides the point. i jumped the battery, everything was fine excpet the radio/cd player. needs code.. i bought the car used without the owners manual.. do i need to go to mitsubishi to get this code? anyone please help!!! it sucks drving without music!!!

Yeah youve gotta call Mitsu w/ ur VIN. They generally charge like 60 bucks, but id keep calling around to different dealerships. You can usually find one that will be nice and give it to you for free.

$60!!! Damn thats alot, I've never heard of anyone getting charged for that. That seems a bit unfair...bastards.

You need the radio serial number, the VIN, and to learn to search.
