Test Pipe installed....problems????

ok guys need some help. my car was running like a champ yesterday after i had my 3" catback intstalled. later that day i decided to put on the test pipe i had the muffler guy made me (in cali they are illegal and can't be installed by a muffler guy). so i put it on, and the car is freakin loud, i love it. but now when i get on the gas any more than like 50%, the car shudders and acts like it doesn't want to go anywhere. if i just keep it floored, it will do that for a few seconds, then stop and build boost normally. i checked all my vaccuum lines and hoses and everything. it only started doing this after i installed the test pipe.....should i just put the stock cat back in? thanks!!!

well thanks for nothing everybody. i see nobody even bothered to reply.... :thumbdown well i'm an idiot anyways. turns out that the guy that had the car before me put the wrong plugs in, and me being an idiot, didn't replace them like i should have when i bought the car. so i changed those out to some NGK's and it fixed the problem.
