Car doesnt want to go, around 4k rpm

Here are my mods,new h gasket,afc,wally 255,550s,2.5 turbo back,02dump,16g,
after i installed the 16g i went to tha track and I did horrible. I was trapping at 84mph when on my t25 i was trapping at 90.I was thinking it was a boodt leak. Because car halls ass till 3rd gear and after that the rpm slowly climb after 4krpms. also iam venting to the atmosphere. Some please help

First suspect is always plugs, plug gap, and wires.

Don't vent.

-Boost leaks?
-plugs, wires, coil?
-plug gapped correctly?
-any cel's?
-tuned correctly?

i dont understand how to correctly gap your plugs...i need new plugs and wires, i have a stock gsx (minus bov & intake) what are the best plugs and wires for me? Daily driver as well...

Ive tried plugs,wires, checked the gap only thing i suspect is a boost leak. Wouldnt you hear a boost leak at WOT

Actually i do have a CEL on but thats because my 2nd 02 isnt in.WHen i had my 2.5 turbo back put on there wasnt anything where to place the 02 sens on
