Okay now I have searched on all parts of this topic and have found little info that will help me. SO here is the setup and the questions, first the setup. I have a Hallman MBC and I had it setup to the pressure side of the MBC was coming from the T25 housing, the other line going to the WG (duh). Now today I added a greddy type s, I was having some trouble getting it to blow off right, so I connected the smaller nipple as I heard that helps. And guess what, it did. But to do that I had to "T" the line coming from the turbo housing to connect that to the smaller nipple. Now no matter how tight I set the MBC I get a huge 20psi spike then it settles down. I never used to have this until now. SO my question is this. Those of you who have a smilar setup, how the hell did you connect all of this? And should I just do back to the way I had it, I would get some surge at low speeds and low boost, but at least I didn't get the spikes that I get now. Please advise. Thank you.

as far as i know when you tighten the mbc you will create more boost so maybe try loosening it up and see if that helps. ive also heard its better to tap into the bov line with the pressure line for the mbc. hope that helps

I just tapped a nipple right below the greddy type-S and used a 3 inch vacuum line to attach the bottom Type-S nipple to the new one. It eliminates messy T's and such. Try that, it makes life easier in the long run.

I am going to put it back the way it was and just try to adjust the BOV as best as I can, the MBC was working great before I changed it. Also I remember reading that alittle surge at low speeds, and low boost in pretty normal, sound about right?

Everything back to normalm set the BOV for 8 threads and I couldnt boost over 12psi, so I set it for 5 now. I was also getting a whistle after a blow off, so I think it wasnt tight enough. I still get surge at low speed and low boost, but I really dont think it is going to hurt anything, and from what I read, this is normal.
