Ok. Heres the problem.

My car will not start. My car = 1990 Eclipse GST. It does have a JDM engine. I have had it running with the JDM in it. Problem is most likely unrelated to the JDM engine.

It cranks and cranks but will not start. When it was a little bit warmer (60-70 degrees) it would sputter and barely start, when it finally did it would idle at like 200rpms. No throttle response.

Getting spark. In correct order.

Getting fuel. Although while cranking no fuel comes out of the return line (not sure if this is just because it needs more fuel during start up or something) like a little bit will come out after we stop cranking.

Ill compression test it in a few days, but im almost positive compression is good.

I have a 30-0-30 boost gauge (autometer) hooked up. Cranking vaccum is 1-2psi in vac. We took off the upper intercooler piping and I put my hand over the TB elbow and we got like 10psi in vac.

We checked voltage at the fuel pump before we chcekd the feed line to see if we were getting fuel and with KOEO we read 0v. Cranking voltage was 12v. Shouldn't the fuel pump prime with KOEO?

The car has always had a hard time starting cold...but it has always managed to start up...and idle at atleast 1000

Im tired so i probly left some important info out...so if i missed anything just ask..don't be a dick.

Anyways, anything i should check? What should cranking Vac be at? Should fuel be comming out the return line during cranking? Should the fuel pump read any voltage with KOEO?

Any help is appreciated.

how old is youre battery? thats what i would check first, before you replace it, check terminals and clean it up, my positve connector got so bad so quickly I didnt notice... car wouldnt start one day and thats why.
dsms are known to eat batteries, along with alternators...
