Compensating for MBC vac increase, and 1ga turn signal questions

Hey guys, I've never totally understood this but when you have an MBC hooked up and you open it, it allows more air in to increase the boost, but how do you compensate for this in idle? It obviously idles rougher and lower so are you guys just turning up the idle or does it need to be retuned to the setting you have on the MBC?

Also on my 1ga if the turn signal is on, shouldnt one side marker front AND the front marker blink? With my running lights on shouldnt the front two be on also? There are 3 lights, one front, one kinda on the corner, and one on the side but when I have on my turn signal only the front one blinks. When my running lights are on, only the side ones are on. Shouldnt the front and side blink? If so what would cause only the front to blink and the front not to be illuminated while driving lights are on?

A MBC should not affect your idle. Check elsewhere for the source of your problem.

This is the only DSM I've worked on and noticed it from the beginning. If you open it a little, no big deal, but if I open it to allow 14-15 lbs of boost, the idle is a little rough. What would cause this ONLY if the MBC is hooked up? I thought it was normal, and it's hooked up right, one line to the wastegate, other line to the top of the BOV (stock 1g), third opening is just open to the atmosphere. I have all the extra vac hoses eliminated (all emissions stuff) so could this be part of what is causing that? If it's closed it idles fine, not even a surge....
