i Just got my car back from the shop ( motor swap, other one blew to hell) and now i can't controll my boost even when i hooked my mbc back on...HELP i don't know how high it'll got but i only let it go to 20 psi for like .5 seconds...also its throwing me a CEL......... :thumbdown

Check the wastegate actuator arm, make sure it's not stuck closed. Also make sure the flapper for the wastegate moves freely. The CEL is most likely for a different problem.

a bad boost control solenoid will throw a cel.

ok i actually had the mbc hooked up wrong but i'm still getting the cel AND it comes and goes too....
