Brakes

I have and '1990 Talon. I did my brakes acouple months ago, I replaced rotors and pads all around. Also upgraded my Front Calipers to 2 Pistons and replaced the rear calipers, and new e-brake lines. Now the problem. The rear driver side brakes get REALLY HOT! I not sure why I think its the ebrake line but with the ebrake off the car can still move. I already replaced it once already because it wore the pads all the way down to metal, after amonth of driving. Any ideas?

Your pads on that caliper are rubbing. You need to find out if the cable is adjusted right or if the caliper is not decompressing all the way. Be careful because it can get hot enough to cause some damage.

I see, probalby first thing i should do is disconnect the ebrake to see if that is the problem. But yeah the brakes get so hot that why i spray water on it, it stems alot

Also now the Brake light stays on even witht he ebrake lever down... why is that?

I fear you need to bite the bullet and replace those calipers.

The brake light can be from the fluid being low.

Hmm.. I better go check that fuid then. But the thing is I swaped calipers already and its the same side that has the problem.... Their not brand new or anything... but should work..
