My car wants to be a fish (weaving at high speeds)

I have a problem that I can't seem to get rid of. At high speeds typically above 80 mph, the Eclipse kinda swims on the road like a fish. When I hit a bump of any kind. The car sways from left to right a couple times. Obviously this is a major concern. Since I typically travel on the autobahn at 100 mph (legally) or faster, a little weeve can become a deadly accident.

Heres what the details on the car is:
1993 Eclipse GS (2.0L N/T)
6-bolt turbo motor installed.
16X7 rims with ZR rated tires, one of them is a different brand (maybe this could be the cause?????)
Talon wing put on back (maybe this could be the cause, too???)

Heres what I repaired so far:
New tie-rod ends,
New front wheel bearings.
New KYB AGX shocks/stock springs (see below)
Aligned and re-aligned 3-4 times.

I had the AGX set to 1/2 and now 2/4 but nothing has changed.

Sway bar bushings, and all other bushings, check to see if they are all torn up or something

come to think of it, one of the sway bar tie-downs broke..... we managed to find another bolt to hold it down. Does anyone know online where I can get new sway bar tie-downs. cause mitsubishi won't order it over here.
