I installed a Walboro 255 a while back and I noticed that it was kinda noisy so I decided to rewire it with 10 gauge wire hoping it would stop. Now it stopped making so much noise at idle but as I go through my gears the (whirring?) sound seems to get more high pitched as I get in higher rpms. I don't know if maybe I have a faulty pump or something or if this is just a normal occurence. I would really appreciate any help.
