Clutch Issues

Ok, I have posted before about a problem I have with a ticking coming from my engine / tranny area.. Basically it ticks when I sit in neutral with my foot off the clutch. It will stop soon as I press the clutch in. I have been told that it is prolly a throw-out bearing. Ok, I have noticed another issue which may be related to the problem. I have noticed the point where my clutch is grabbing... shifts... sometimes it grabs toward to top of the lever while others it grabs about half way up. I also notice that when I press it to the floor.. right before I reach the bottom it gives me this resistance and if i press harder it sounds like a spring comes loose or something then the pedal goes the rest of the way to the floor. This problem isnt really effecting drivability.. its just annoying. I am hoping it will fix itself whenever my clutch goes out and replace it. Any input on this stuff?

replace clutch pressure plate and throw-out bearing + pilot bearing and ull be good as gold
