I know it is normal for a little water to come out of my exhaust, but my car will create a puddle about the size of a frisbee in a matter of 10 minutes. When I rev it up, it sprays the water about 4 feet behind my car. My car is running extremely rich and I know I need to tune my car. Is this causing my problems? Should I remove my stock cat and run a test-pipe? I live in Idaho so no emission laws.

Your cat is converting Hydrocarbons to CO2 and H2O. The richer you run the more it will convert.

The only ill-effect I see here is that you are prol going to rust out your muffler if it's not SS.

Running a test pipe will get rid of the water.. but not the cause (poor tuning).
