About 2 months ago my headgasket was leaking bad (dumped about 2 quarts of oil on the road) so I took it all apart and put on a nice new felpro gasket. I tourqed the head down and everything seemed fine, started right up. Funny thing is, I can see a little corner of the head gasket sticking out between the block and head, and it almost seems like the head isnt centered on the block, although the car runs fine.

After driving yesterday I noticed some oil seeping out from the headgasket, not a major leak but enough to cause concern. I really do not want to change it again!! Should I attempt to re-tourqe the head studs or am I looking at a more serious problem??

I really need help!!!!!

if your previous gasket blew then the head and or block deck could be warped. The head and block have to be perfectly flat to provide proper clamping load on the gasket or leaks will develop no matter what brand of gasket you use. Did you reuse your head bolts/studs? Only ARP's are reusable - stock ones stretch over time and are not reusable after being torqued down the 1st time.
