Should I be able to push the WG actuator arm and open the door by hand? with the car shut off. I am wondering becouse I am having some boost issues, and wana check to see that the flap is not stuck closed for some reason, I can't think of any other way to check....

yes, but your going to need some force. Your going to need to clamp the arm with a vice grip, then pull on it to see if it comes out of the actuator at all.
 
Dont go toward the actuator , go to the right if your looking in your engine bey . LOL pull toward the 02 sensor , good luck .
 
what boosting problem are you having...the easiest way to check a wastegate is to hook up a bicycle pump to the wastegate and see if it opens by 10psi...if it doesnt then there is a problem
 
I fixed the problem...The boost problem was that the car was not cutting out at the stock 15psi....So I bybassed the BCS by hooking the WG strait to the housing on the turbo. It works, but now it caps at 11psi. So I am going to pick up a MBC to bring it back up to the stock 15psi. Thanks for all the help
